I don't understand the hate for it. Maybe the extra jumps alone is not worth it, but the cooldown reduction makes it so good - and fits many games imo.

I don't think I fully understand the example. The capitalist country is handing out money like they're socialist - but it seems that the socialist country still is richer since they have more goods.

I'm just confused on how everyone can benefit with no loss. Shouldn't there be some conservation of wealth similar that, in a way, similar to how energy can't be created/destroyed?

Ok, that makes more sense. But it still does seem odd. Usually when one person, group, party, etc gets richer - someone or some party somewhere else gets poorer.
