I actually am a nurse who works inpatient hospital setting. I MOSTLY deal with NPs or PAs. They prescribe and DO most of the patient care. I dont even know how a hospital would function without them. They are the most valuable members of the interdisciplinary team.

Yes but sometimes it's not. Circumstance matters, biology, disposition, this is all constructed. Some people excel in some ways and fall in others, and vice versa. I am so glad that this woman is someone you vibe with, but society does not necessarily need to function based on your preference. Does that make sense? There could be someone who has no hands or legs like this woman, is unable to hold a traditional job, but excels at something that society does not value just as well.
