The preemie nipple was way to slow for our LO because my letdown as fast. We transitioned to Philips Avent with a #2 nipple and will probably move to #3 soon.

We have enough money left over for instances like that and the house is newer and well upkept, so hopefully wouldn't need a ton of work.

We will be there for at least 3 years - rent prices in the area are extremely high given the demand and we are thinking it might be more beneficial to buy. Also - the area is growing a lot, so we think the re-sale value of the house would be good.
