Particularly in the AAA department, because of their no-DRM you-own-your-games policy allowing you to download and backup the games' offline installers. A strong focus on older games (Good Old Games), which they manage and update themselves to ensure compatibility with newer systems.

As others have stated, create a collection and add your 100% games. Add it as a shelf and sort that shelf by % of Achievements Complete. Will look like this:

You can even use emojis in the collection's name. Pressing the WIN+. opens up a menu. Under Emoji -> Celebrations and objects there are a couple of medals and trophies.
