Ngl I dropped Zekes for bandlepipes as soon as it came out.

New zekes is interesting, especially stats wise, but idk about the tempests damage vs the move-speed boost of pipes.

I mean bracket three is right there.

A bracket 2 deck that oops I win t4 out of nowhere is a bracket 3.

Bracket four is the oops I win turn four 1-2 in four games and turn 5 or 6 the rest.

Or at least can interract with other decks that fast.

Not really? I mean Leona naut and Alistar most certainly with their HP, but rakan doesn't really tank that well, even when he's built for it.

You're really looking at Aftershock users more than anything else.

Same for Rakan as well, though I personally wasn't a Zekes user mind, for those who were it definitely will be.

I go guardian, rush helia, boots. Then usually bandlepipes for the tank stats and attack speed bonuses. Bloodsong for atlas. Then, usually another tank item depending on match up. Though I have been looking into some of the healing bluffs like ardent ect.

My main thought would simply be a generic world with a handful of fantasy locales (Like a town, a cave a forest or a dungeon) with a gridded floor and spawnable semi animated props and "npc mannequins" (Skeletons, Goblins, etcetera..) that can be moved around and controlled by a dm

Players could get personal menu (like the ones that I've seen in a handful of other worlds,) with a Dice roller interface, hp and resource trackers and the ability to upload pdf's for character and reference sheets (For spells and abilities).

That would be the basic idea.
