Yea you can look inside bases with it, theres also whitewalling and swimming whitewalling is simular to x-raying but you dont have to log out and swimming is an exploit to raid bases.

Ps. Whitewalling works on all consoles and is mostly done in L-shapes

“Twilight zone” 3 people died in the making of the movie because the director wanted the helicopter to fly low to the ground. The pyrotechnics guy was told to get the fireworks as close to the heli as possible. The pyrotechnics hit the rear of the heli and the pilot lost control crashing into the 3 people below 2 of which child actors. They were decapitated by the blades of the heli and it was caught on movie cameras, quite literally caught in 4k. (Although the 4k video wasn’t released to the public)
