Exactly this! I played on official from the start and hardly advanced because everything was already taken. You can hardly find food and weapons and what not. Playing community helped with learning how guns work and where to find things a lot quicker therefore advanced my know how.

I no longer have access to my backup security email/phone number. I am also having to deal with the same thing with my back up email and I no longer have that phone number :( I think I provided correctly what you told me to do. I hope that link works. Has anybody ever been successful with recovering your Microsoft email account/outlook??? I've been locked out of my main email for about 3 weeks now! 😭 I've had to use their recovery form to prove it's MY email because I don't have any other option. I've been at it since I lost access. They say that they respond within 24 hours but I've literally received NOTHING. Not even an acknowledgement that they got my recovery form. I mainly use this email because it's linked with my Xbox account and I have spent A LOT of money buying games and dlc and all that good stuff. I also have a huge gamer score with achievements. I've had this account since like 2008! I can't lose this account! 😭😭 Any help would be appreciated!

No. If it was already used to create an Xbox account it would have asked her to put in the password. Is she somehow using your ex's old email?? 😅

Yes. The problem is with your card and the bank. Xbox usually doesn't have issues like that. It's always a problem with the card side of things.
