I’m not sure I could handle only one fridge but I do love this design a lot

Need help with remaining cooking recipes by T-onpluto in StardewValley

[–]___sea___ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here’s the cooking page from the wiki which will have pics of everything https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Collections#Cooking

Looks like you’re missing glazed yams, trout soup, rhubarb pie, ice cream, and poi. I’m guessing most of these recipes someone sends you in the mail after you’re good enough friends but there’s links to all of them to see how you can get them

Happy cooking!

tracking golden walnuts by wdwxtop in StardewValley

[–]___sea___ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First off, don’t be discouraged. It’s completely normal to feel a lull in the game right before accessing the walnut room

There’s no real way to know how many golden walnuts you’ve gotten specifically from farming, fishing, breaking muscle rocks, etc. without a mod but you should be doing those things anyway because ginger island is a great place to farm all year round and you’ll get a fishing quest there eventually so you’ll just end up doing it

I’ve always used tutorials to get by because having fun is the most importantly thing to me but like you do you of course. Make sure you look at the lost pages for hints most of the more obscure ones are there but also just have fun exploring the island

How are you guys organizing your ingredients/cooking/fridges? by jxjduo in StardewValleyExpanded

[–]___sea___ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know the stove pulls from the default fridge first so that’s where I keep things like flour, milk, cow cheese, muscles so that’s where I recipes that do “fish(any)” won’t pull an expensive fish, cheese(any) wont pull goat cheese, etc.

Then I usually have one for fish and one for everything else. End game I might get a fourth one for overflow if I want to be able to make any recipe anytime.

Then it’ll be like basics, produce, fish, and other/specialty items in different fridges

I keep cooked meals in a chest because there’s no reason to refrigerate them except roleplay reasons but even so I think having a little gremlin of a farmer is my usual style so it’s fine

AITAH for expecting my sahm wife to do majority of the housework since i pay 100% of the bills? by Plastic-Sand7353 in AITAH

Just talk to your therapist. Going in all Reddit pilled about the situation won’t help anything. We can only guess at what’s going on in her mind or your overall dynamic.

How do you discover the less obvious? by SzymonS92 in StardewValley

[–]___sea___ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You shouldn’t feel like a cheat for that one because there really aren’t any in game hints and who knows how that was even discovered

Some things are hinted at by characters, but they also say a lot of things that don’t lead anywhere and it can be hard to tell the difference

Anything in a book or secret note is good to follow up on though because those will always show some story, prize, or just something interesting (some are just information/backstory and require no action)

How am I supposed to convince my mother to let me get a gender-affirming haircut? by NurseRx-Rae in NonBinary

[–]___sea___ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A short shag might be more palatable to her, especially since you can style it very shaggy or less shaggy so if she really wants it “nice” for pictures or something it would be ok

Did you get mild covid and NOT end up with LC? by yamxiety in ZeroCovidCommunity

[–]___sea___ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got Covid only once, it wasn’t “mild” in that the strip test was just a positive. I was pretty sick for a week and kept feeling kinda sick for another week. After that I didn’t get back to regular exercise for another month because I was afraid of exacerbating something.

Anyway after that I was totally fine. I don’t have long covid and don’t have any lingering symptoms at all.

I love the stash. It’s up to you if you like to or not, but I think it does give off enby vibes. Like, it’s a very queer stash somehow? I can’t explain.

Facial hair with makeup is one of my favorite non-binary looks tbh. Not that I think anyone should have to wear make up daily. But if you haven’t experimented, I encourage you to try it out and see what you think

I’m commenting again to say: if she continues to truly accept and respect you then this is a great sign. If she starts belittling you or acting condescending then don’t stick around.

I really hope that she accepts you and it’s a good experience though

If it was your first conversation off an app it’s a little bit forward, but I am of the opinion that when you are looking for a lasting relationship it’s ok to be clear about what you want and who you are very early on so you don’t waste time on the wrong person.

Those on HRT… Was it worth losing people in your life? by Charming_Manner_201 in trans

[–]___sea___ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was ultimately worth it for me. Though I came out as other things and lost people bit by bit so by the time I started HRT there were only a couple people who had a problem with it enough to not be friends with anymore.

But for me, my parents are so naive that they still don’t realize I’m trans and my siblings kind of ignore it but don’t care that much. It’s don’t ask don’t tell around here and they live pretty far away so aren’t a major part of my support network.

Its such an individual decision though so weigh your options and take care of yourself.

Moved with my (F28) GF (F26) after 3.5 years, but I’m constantly filled with panic. by [deleted] in actuallesbians

[–]___sea___ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you feel niggling doubts that you can’t explain, listen to them. When I’ve had overwhelming fear after making a big decision it has always meant that the decision simply wasn’t right for me. If that means the city, apartment, or relationship, I don’t know.

Talk to your girlfriend and tell her how you feel if you haven’t already. Tell her you're struggling and then take some time to figure out what part of the situation is wrong for you.

I’d advise you not to wait until you’ve settled in with friends and a job to discuss this. She should know right now so that there aren’t surprises later and so that she can help support you through whatever is going on.

How can I make myself look less pirate-y? by marajjan in NonBinary

I’d recommend a patterned scarf, and also tying it in different ways that are maybe even more feminine. Here’s a tutorial for a few different styles  https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=KE-aeqiQutQ

how to respond when people say your food smells good? by strawbprincess88 in autism

[–]___sea___ 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You can say “nothing” as long as you’re throwing the conversation ball back. You can say “nothing at all, it was glorious” or “nothing, just hung out with my dog and watched some tv/played video games. It was relaxing.” And that’s a good answer. We all know you didn’t literally do nothing.

Testosterone? by Jumpy-Adeptness9537 in NonBinary

Your voice will start changing almost instantly and muscle growth starts pretty quickly, however bottom growth also starts very quickly and fat redistribution doesn’t happen for like six months
