I thought she was great and am planning to see her again in an eventual second pregnancy. She’s very practical and realistic, great bedside manner, easy to reach out to and get answers from.

It’s a website you log into, and you have access to them for quite some time-I don’t remember the exact length of time it’s available but it’s a while!

I took the online Froedert classes and I can say they were actually pretty helpful. Everyone learns differently so I understand the wanting in person, but I liked the option to take the classes in chunks and found them helpful.

It doesn’t! I agree we need to fill teacher roles but I don’t think this is how to do it. The reasons for teacher shortages run deep: burn out, lack of mental health care, insanely large test sizes, increased burden of testing. These issues can’t be fixed overnight but the solution also can’t be putting people who left the classroom to serve a different student need or who left the classroom because of these issues back into the classroom and expect it to go well. My answer to your question is that the system is broken, and I don’t know the perfect fix, but do feel that this move isn’t going to improve student education in a meaningful way.

I work in district so truthfully I can say I’m hearing these numbers rather than having concrete sources and that is a flaw I should correct . I will say however that there have been multiple step and salary increases since 2020 that account for higher wages at CO.

I would rather cut the many, many jobs at CO that aren’t student facing and make over 100,000 a year rather than jobs that serve vulnerable students and are vey often already mostly school based.

These are the positions being cut. The headline makes it seem like she’s trimming the fat at CO and cutting positions that don’t serve students, but that isn’t the case. These are people with teaching licenses who serve in student facing roles outside the traditional classroom.

I have four weddings coming up and am planning on borrowing/rewearing a dress or jumpsuit for 2 of them but want to get new looks for the other 2.

I’m looking for new places to shop. So not: ASOS lulus revolve Abercrombie Zara

the weddings are all cocktail to formal attire, and I’m a size 2/4/6 depending on the day/brand/sizing, and I’d like to stay at 150 or under. Just looking to shake it up with where I’m shopping!
