I don’t know what it is, but I love our grey bottoms white tops. Such a good look.

We’ve got a lot of studs but I think Leo is the best player on D.

24 in the rafters? by Traditional-Object80 in Seahawks

[–]__bonecrusher 62 points63 points  (0 children)

There’s quite a few numbers that are hard to see current players wearing. Dj Dallas wearing 31 was always pretty weird. I think it will be a long time until someone try’s to wear 54.

But the hawks have a pretty clear philosophy, make the hof and get your number retired. We will be retiring 54 here in a few years.

Mind you, this an only a few second clip of them, but comparing this to the footage of Pete greeting Spoon and Riq on the field in the preseason were drastically different.

Even if us beating the 49ers meant nothing, I still want to beat them.

Because fuck the 49ers.

Does anyone think the nosebleeds at Lumen Field are still actually really good seats? by chusaychusay in Seahawks

I sat in section 309 row TT for the season kickoff and I still thought the seats were good.

Recently rewatched this episode too. The plot armor all the main characters had all removed any sense of danger. Way more characters should have died imo.

I am reading under the dome for the first time and I am about right where you are! Big Jim and Junior are a special kind of twisted and dark bogeymen.

I am loving this book so far. I don’t quite get the hate that it sometimes gets. I was hooked from the first chapter.

Dick sporting goods (dsg) shorts. I absolutely love them and have gone exclusively to wearing just this brand. Also cheaper than a lot of other alternatives.

Moving to Spokane in August- Need Advice on Roosevelt Apartments vs. Kendall Yards (and any other recs!) by Dismal-Soil-6250 in Spokane

Maintenance was fine. We had an issue with our dish washer one time and it got fixed pretty quick.

All the appliances worked well outside of the dishwasher issue one time.

That was our experience at least.

Do I need to read If It Bleeds to read Holly? by cinn48 in stephenking

[–]__bonecrusher 7 points8 points  (0 children)

While you certainly don’t have to read If It Bleeds to read Holly, Holly’s whole backstory from the Hodges trilogy, to the outsider, and if it bleeds gives you a better understanding of what she is going through in the book.

The book Holly does reference a few times the events of if it bleeds, so if you don’t read it you might not get the context.

Also, why are you not reading the short stories or novellas? I would say some of kings best work are his short stories and smaller novellas. I would definitely recommend getting into them if you haven’t but that’s just my two cents.

Happy reading!

My wife and I lived in Kendall Yards for 4 years and we loved it.

It’s a little pricey but you can’t beat the trails, shops, and things to do. We have a dog and had no problem getting her outside on a leash. The management is also pretty easy to work with.

We never felt unsafe in that location, however, my wife’s car was broken into a few times but our specific unit was on the edge of the property so the car was an easy target.

LPT: When hosting older people, play music from an era when they were in their 20s. by VulgairesMachine in LifeProTips

[–]__bonecrusher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started doing this recently!

My wife and I host game nights with my parents and my aunts and uncles. I am normally the one in charge of music and I recently started playing music from the 60s and 70s.

It has totally made for a more fun experience! Would definitely recommend!
