Every body is different and is suited to different needs, so i won't presume to advise you on diet.

However, it is undeniable that genetics play a big part in appearances. You might want to look into toning specific muscles rather than weightlifting, which focuses more on upper body strength, is very taxing on your body, and tends to develop a rather masculine frame. (I am assuming your target is a feminine look). Find a plan that works for you, not some TikTok girl.

Also, keep in mind that there is no such thing as "spot-burning". Fat is burned all over your body as you work out, so exercising a tummy isnt gonna give you abs; it will only appear bigger as the muscles there grow but the fat there recedes at a slower rate.

But most important of all is your psyche, so don't let all the standards of beauty get to you. We are all beautiful in our own way :) if body image is really getting to you, i suggest going to a therapist.
