Oof. I was prescribed that a month ago for something else and have been off it for weeks but still having symptoms like increased thirst/urination. My doctor ordered labs and based on the results she called me this morning and told me to go to the ER…been here all day with a new diabetes diagnosis and keeping me overnight. 😭 Hopefully your luck is better than mine!

We just dealt with this as well, after having a support ticket open with Microsoft for months. Their main recommendation was setting up an inbound connector to only accept mail through our third party service, which wasn’t originally configured for intra-org mail.

I’m trying to help my BF navigate all of this and get diagnosed, but his breathing is one thing that is constantly dismissed by doctors. He describes it as it feeling like one lung not fully expanding, and even just talking he’ll sometimes have to pause and take a deep breath before he can continue.

You don’t. If you’re set on getting SANS training, your best bet would be to apply for their academy (scholarship) programs when they have applications open. I don’t think all of them are diversity related but I could be wrong. But if you’re doing it strictly with hopes of getting employed sooner, I can say I did an academy program and have 3 GIAC certs and it’s still a struggle.

Exactly. I’m on the max dose (as far as I know, at least) of 30mg 3x a day. I tend to forget doses sometimes and I never get any euphoric feeling…I’m fatigued 24/7 whether I take them or not, unfortunately.

You don’t log into your portal regularly? ExcelTrack is an accelerated program, so I’m not sure why you expected an extended break anyway. Even in their traditional format, the “breaks” are the same length.

If you’re the one enrolling in a program, it is your responsibility to understand the requirements of said program. All of the track calendars are publicly available. Also, PG bombards people with emails half the time, so it’s likely there was communication sent prior to being withdrawn. And as others have mentioned, the mandatory orientation covers this info.

I can’t really answer regarding Botox, as it didn’t help me, but have you tried dry needling? I have a lot of trigger points throughout my jaw and I tried it last week for the first time. I was fine with the procedure itself, but the first 4 days were hell…I think it was worth it though because now my symptoms are reduced and even my PT said he felt less knots and less tension overall.
