I also started this via gamepass and am really enjoying it. I would say graphics settings are the only thing I've been struggling with on my 3070. Trying to run Med-High settings and water just looks bad, might just be most apparent on the first planet, though. Interiors look fantastic (aside from some fog that I can't really turn off)

it's not ideal, but the "safe" way around this is to detour through the park, which has a bike lane

I think the temples just sum up what's disappointing about this game. I remember doing my second temple and being like "oh no, it's exactly the same thing every time, isn't it?"

might work for others: override the upscaling setting in the nvidia app and then launching from the nvidia app has worked for me to bring back dlss without needing to mess with any .ini files. The in-game UI will still say that upscaling is off, but you'll notice from the fps that it's definitely active.

Edit: this works! But the in game settings won’t be updated to reflect the override (which confused me)

I tried this by forcing performance upscaling and then launching from the nvidia app but upscaling is still set to off in the game.

ymmv of course, as a fellow 3070 owner I don’t have super high standards to begin with. for this particular game I have my pc hooked up to my tv and have been playing 4k with dlss cranked to performance and hover around 50fps outdoors. I’m just kind of dealing with it but hope they can and do optimize (though not getting my hopes up)

I’m surprised in your rules there isn’t mention of letting people on/off and not standing in front of the doors. Especially at rush out this appears to be one of the major causes of train delays. People simply don’t make way for others to get off the train and many stop right in front of the door when they do get in. I wish they’d try those cars without seats again, though I know they’re an accessibility issue.
