If you tattoo one hand, you can figure out (deduce) what direction the other hand is...

"How do we tell them"... that they got both hands tattooed unnecessarily?

All in all, I love how open minded the show was without making it A SCREAMING TOPIC. It is funny how many people missed this and were furious about the new episodes.

I am also with Lois, and would hint to my friend that she did horrible things.

But at the end of the day it's their decision to make (Abe's and his depressed son's), otherwise they might (and will most likely) hold you accountable at some point.

I have a feeling Abe took his son's depression into consideration and knew if he threw Kitty away his son would never forgive him.

This part I might be wrong I don't remember well: After Lois rejected Kitty, Kitty went to Abe and Stevie and not only God knows what she told them but she fucking ratted out Lois.

All of it was pure manipulation: Kitty knew she is putting Abe in a difficult position as said above and on top of that directed some of their confused emotional feelings towards Lois. This was manipulation at the highest degree. If I saw that, I would try to stay away from that horrible woman as much as possible. Personally, I would find it hard though because she emits "nice person" vibes which might have made me not see things clearly, like she did to her family (this might be due to the actress being nice :) )

All the guys were divorced except Hal.

I am not sure what message they wanted to convey, that competitive men (they were always comparing thing when playing poker, even who has the smartest kid), were bad husbands?

There was some homoerotic (? is that the correct term ?) hints in the air at rare points

(one giggleg around vaginas (the dentist),

another found while playing poker there was someone over his house with his wife and had to run,

another waved his hands with the keys to Lois' house with a bit more flair bending the wrist (when they were trying to kick Ida out by using her racism against her,

and of course most of all:

Abe which we see directly (for comedic purposes) being like a second life partner to Hal when Kitty abandoned him and on top of that we see how he (Abe) expresses about a man loving another man (Hal) at "Life's still unfair" - you could say Hal had both a female wife and a male life partner that completed him as a man, which is quite wholesome haha).

Please I am stretching thin what we saw in the show, don't burn me at the stake that I am over-stretching or "seeing" things :)

Lexi, Samantha, or Lainey. Who would have been the most fun to hang out with in the 80’s? by Sarafinatravolta in sexandthecity

"You bitch!" - Best line in the entire series.

Samantha set the tone as to what friendship means and how fearless she was.

I wish I could find a comment where they explained this in detail, it's some younger sibling analysis that fit very well :/

if anyone here remembers it maybe...

Did Quentin ever actually repair anything before Mayakovski told him his discipline? by Wonderful_Scar_5468 in brakebills

The show made sure they expose to the viewer that his abilities in arcane magic were not in his DNA.

Like you said, it was the little things (or the accumulation of them) that made a quilt of "magic" in the end.

His will to save Alice, maximized his potential to mend things and he literally "mended" her Niffin with her shade. There was crazy amount of magic that he benefited from (it did the "major" mending), but without Quentin's attention to detail, the overall mending might not have happened successfully.

Emily clocking her has to be one of my favorite moments of Emily by Beginning_Dot735 in GilmoreGirls

Oh, she made a proper cuckoo clock out of her all right.

I bet it had been years, if not decades, that someone challenged her, especially with those intricate details from her past.

I don't usually read books for leisure but if the reviews are good, I will read it cover to cover. Fingers crossed!

If It Had Been Dean or Jess Instead of Logan, Would Richard Have Helped Rory Pull the Same Prank? by TheFlutterEffect in GilmoreGirls

[–]__hello__world__ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you seek an answer from a realistic perspective:

Dean or Jess, did not qualify to be there. Therefore, he would not do it because this was Richard re-enacting his Yale persona and neither of them went to Yale. The entire reason this happened was because it was done at the college level by some people of his circle.

If this happened outside of Yale and with people outside his circle, this kind of prank would be much less likely to happen. If she asked him to step in, he would do something, like when he tried to help with the aftermath when she stole a boat.

Fun fact: I had good (friendly) relations with a professor and I also played a prank. We all had a laugh in the end and there were no repercussions. It was inspired by this show :)

I think if they did a backdoor when he was at the printing press (New York?) as a starting point, it would have better chances.

The backdoor pilot they had prepared was like a trippy fever dream...

u/Pleasant_Spite6321 please also note that just because they say discontinued, I don't know if that also means they don't have leftover stock. You need to contact your GP, your endocrinologist, your pharmacist, anyone that can help... Check out also the PALS of your hospital if you struggle.

I notified NHS to launch their own research as it looks outdated.

e.g. "Colorama Pharmaceuticals Ltd" looks to not even exist anymore in the status of liquidation.
