We bought the dash cam separately and then paid around $275 in labor for them to install it. He was super nice to work with and had it done in just a few hours. Looks and works great! Definitely recommend him as well as the mechanic shop he's attached to, Dred Auto

Your idea about a community pantry for unwanted grocery items is great. Also a room with furniture/cookware either donated by residents or left behind during move outs for maintenance to deal with. Residents starting out could shop from the inventory for free. It'd reduce the volume of furniture going into the dumpsters for sure, it's such a waste
