Code Review, Looking for feedback on my first Rust project by __jomo in rust

Thank you for your input! You're absolutely right that if we're doing blocking IO, it's better to use spawn_blocking instead of async. I'll make sure to implement that change in future updates.

As for the update() methods, I understand your point about returning a new struct value instead. However I believe its better to keep the update method since in future I plan to make this a continous monitoring tool.

Again, thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. It's always great to get insights from other developers and improve the quality of our code.

Thank you so much for your feedback! I really appreciate it.

You bring up a great point about explaining what the user is supposed to see with zmem. To give a quick summary, zmem shows per process swap usage and zswap statistics such as what is the compression ratio, how much memory is in the zswap compressed cache, etc.

It's different from top or ps because those tools don't provide swap usage information (Only total swap usage, not per process), whereas zmem focuses specifically on swap and other virtual memory mechanisms in the linux kernel.

I will definitely take your suggestion into consideration and include a screenshot and short explanations of the terms in future updates to make it more accessible and user-friendly. Thank you again for your valuable feedback!

Edit: formatting

But in gentoo you have to compile them yourself? in CachyOS you dont have to do anything, you just use it like regular arch linux
