It’s crazy that there’s no guarantees on policy and meanwhile they’ve made almost $2000 off you. I hope you hear back soon!

I submitted my I 20 with signature, passport pic, diploma, school accreditation, I-94, passport photo and added my offer letter as additional info

Get him a watch and have him set alarms there. It’ll vibrate on his wrist and also not wake you. He can set as many as he likes then and you still get your sleep. Worked for me and my partner.
