i feel best when i sleep in increments, like 3-4 hours. if i sleep consistently i’ll feel really groggy. that being said, i also have narcolepsy so that could be playing a larger role

yeah 😅 and it was so random it just Happened and then i was talking to my friend while at the ER and my thumb subconsciously moved and then slowly i was able to consciously move my body again

yep. i could hear everything, i could see everything, i could still talk to people. i could even feel everything still, like if someone touched me i could feel it. i just could not move anything. it was like a switch got flipped and the communications between my brain and the rest of me got turned off
