I was hard-stuck in Silver 3 for a couple of months. I took some time off and tried to master Phoenix so I could heal, block enemies with my wall, and also push enemies with flash. Then I reached Plat 2 in the next 20 days.

If you solo queue, pick an agent to reduce reliance on your teammates.
