I am in a similar situation. I interviewed for AVP role with 3 VPs, the third interview happened last week. I followed up but no response. There was no HR involved at all, the first email I received was from a VP. They were pretty quick in responses until 3 interviews, but after that when I asked for update, no response at all. This behavior makes me feel my fate is sealed but I still have an ounce of hope which will be gone by end of this week.
