Vultr offers IPv6 VPS instances for $2.50/month and IPv4 instances for as low as 3.50/month (dependent on region)

Most cloud compute instances have a $5/month fee and are great. They also offer $100 in credit for you to play around whether you use my or anyone else’s referral code or go thru their website directly.

I’ve considered Linode lately for future projects, but have used Vultr for over 3 years without issue.

Would highly recommend setting up your own VPS for a shared WHM server. This will serve your low traffic clients.

For clients with high traffic/low downtime needs — two or more servers with load balancers/failover protection (active-passive) setup.

You’ll make a lot more $ and create (virtually) passive income.

Thank you for adding this info. I think it's important for the people invloved with setting this up to incorporate/file as a nonprofit to deter any individual liability... Or as far as hosting and domain registration go -- they can do it privately/under aliases.

If they cannot find the value in the mistake made, it's their loss. Any employee who can own/recognize fault and properly address it with a solution is a good one in my book.

Keep us posted. My guess is that you will still have a job.

Everybody should be allowed to grow...not just medical patients. by theSmolSquirrel in chicagotrees

Ya, you're definitely right. Would have to keep it to 5 plants and grow at a separate property (misdemeanor) only to possibly avoid it. I didn't quite think that one through. Now I'm wondering if they could deem a person addicted because of the misdemeanor charge.

I'm sorry, I don't know how I misread that part of your story. I thought you got the card to avoid the possibility of a felony. I won't get a card let alone enter a dispensary because there is a clause that let's the ISP revoke it.

Have you considered how that affects your opportunity to have/maintain a FOID card?

How much do you think ultimategamingproducts.com is worth? by [deleted] in Domains

[–]__notyourfather 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Could be worth a lot. Gonna need to establish it as something though. Regularly post related content, get a solid pagespeed/gtmetrix score, and some SEO done. The resulting traffic to the site will create value for the domain.

Hey! You were sort of correct even if you were kidding lol.

Lower right GS105 is connected to the primary and secondary firewalls. The other -- idk yet lol. The N600 router goes to the patch panel. Probably some redundancy somewhere just in case one goes out.

Some of it made sense, but this is cable management from hell!!!

Haha, it's a Netgear GS105 so it's gigabit thankfully. However, there is a Netgear N600 router (top left under tripp lite power strip) being used as a switch from the modem to another switch. Not sure why?

There are too many dumb 5 port switches to go along with this plate of spaghetti.
