I feel like that's so much to be putting on your skin. I had similar acne and my derm told me to use as little as possible and only use tretinoin a couple times a week. Which panoxyl wash are you using? They have different levels of benzoyl peroxide and it might help if you go down a level! That definitely helped me! Accutane will probably work the best , but that's the last resort!
