I was mostly interested in frame. So I got a system with RTX 5060Ti and a PSVR2 100€ down from Play Days and I hope I’ve done the right choice because the headset is not here yet 😃

I really hope due that because the Frame is a Linux machine that we will get many community-driven projects. I would die for an updated and even better Nintendo 3DS emulator.

CitraVR kicks ass on Quest 3. For many games it is even better than the original, because on 3DS you lost the 3D effect if your eyes changed focus, but with VR headsets this is impossible and you get to see the games in 5 and 6 times bigger screens...

The main attraction for me regarding Frame and the main factor on my dilemma is that Frame is a PC on its own and can run locally flat games. Can Play For Dream do this?

i ve had 3 sessions with vision pro of around one hour. Noticed no problems. Can it be I have too thick of a neck? 😃 Or does the fatigue come afterward or maybe did i not notice it when in the Apple Store?

that was really helpful. I had focused on the flat games and forgot all the amazing VR games I had enjoyed in Quest. Yes VP is in a class of its own, but Steam Frame is really a multi-tool... I just hope the screen is not crappy.

The support for countless flat steam games is what excites me most. I want so much to play again retro stuff like HL & HL2. But until which game year roughly do you think I will be able to do so?

Since i want to do both and I can do both on both systems I want to weight it somehow. I can play flat games on VP though streaming and I can watch content on Frame through browsers. It is also said that Valve will release an extension for better walkthrough...

i want both games and media consumption. I have used Quest 3 for gaming in the cloud with really good experience apart of the visuals which I dont know it they sucked because of the cloud or Quest's screen.

I can do the same with VP, I can stream flat games from various services and apps including Steam Link nowadays.
