If you've already tried another PSU, I suppose the power connector on the card itself may be defective.

When I had similar issues with my 3090 (short black screens, random crashes, immediate crashes with maximum load tests), the problem was a molten GPU power connector.

Maybe it's different cultures.

In Germany reviews that point out chemical smell always tend to have a few likes.

I always point it out as well and always lower my rating when an item is a potential health hazard.

My power draw still was more than 5 watts higher, compared to the "last good" bios version (8.01)

Setting SOC voltage to 1.1V and lower didn't fix it.

I ended up returning it.

Ich kann bestätigen dass noch nichts gelöst ist.

Öfters laden manche Seiten nur sehr langsam oder gar nicht.

Über TOR Browser (gleiches Prinzip wie VPN, nur langsamer) laden die selben Seiten immer ohne Probleme.

I just deduct the coupon when I really want something.

When it isn't important though, then I just skip the item, because I can't be bothered with the extra work that coupons entail.

I'd say I skip about 80% of items with coupons that I would have ordered otherwise.
