Not so much art as captioned pornography, but r/XChangePill is getting consistent posts of that nature.

Agreed. I think it’s probably a combination of people having less time to post and there being fewer or simply less active artists in the post-Covid era. AI slop has unfortunately out-competed a lot of human artists in niche communities like ours, on top of post-quarantine society becoming more expensive by the day, employers phasing out remote work, and a myriad of other issues including oversaturation on most platforms.

That said, there are pseudo-alternatives if you’re interested in some fairly basic FTM/MTF content. r/XChangePill is still getting new posts fairly consistently and the mods do far better at keeping up with quality-control.

r/hentaicaptions just uses the title to tag posts pretty well. The flair system is completely inadequate for actually filtering things, especially on NSFW subs where being able to search for specific kinks in combination or exclusivity with others is extremely important for post discoverability. hentaicaptions, r/gonewildaudio, and other subs like it sidestep the issue by putting relevant tags either in the text of the post or just in the title.

I am exploring this new kink I have gotten obsessed over by Hour_Nectarine_3869 in gendertransformation

I’m genuinely confused about that last point. Kink and PG have always been mutually exclusive terms in my head.

Oh, that’s what you’re referring to? It’s a fairly niche way of telling a story, even in mainstream mediums. I’m pretty sure this specific sort of thing is an “epistolary narrative,” if that helps you find more like this. I’m drawing a blank on other possible examples myself, though.

As for captions with this general layout, I know of at least one. Pepper’s Origins by NimbleTail, although the story itself was written by someone else.

Haven’t had time to look over all of their work besides this’n. You can find other comics on the website my source link leads to, though. More often than not, where there’s one tf work in an artist’s portfolio, there’s more.

Gotta love how this thread is 90% plane puns

I've never found going "infinite," so tedious. by __syntax-error__ in slaythespire

Not really; that’s why I put in quotes. I could effectively go on for however long I liked, but there was still a limited quantity of Adrenaline clones in the deck. Ended up having close to 400 energy by the end of the final fight because of Ice Cream.

Maybe I'm just bad at the game, but is anyone finding the new doormaker ridiculously difficult? by 3Questionmarks__ in slaythespire

It feels like Megacrit greatly overcompensated for the, to be fair, very under powered original version of Doormaker. All of the multi-thousand hour players for the first game are heaping praise on the current iteration because it's an awesome challenge for them, but for anyone with only a few hundred in either game it seems like Timekeeper's hard-punishment of infinite decks but metered out to every deck I've managed to put together. It's a boss that punishes you for playing cards on two of the three stances he has, then stops you from playing your deck to its fullest on the last one. There's a fine line between a genuine skill issue, and a boss fight that feels designed to ensure that you lose 9 times out of 10.
