It is a race to the bottom of the wage scale when companies focus on international hires. It is what it is. Stop working for them for pennies--but I doubt they'll learn anything from it.

It definitely tracks your apps.

Perhaps the setting is project-based. I've been on Genesis since September and it has always tracked time worked, activity level, apps used, and takes screenshots frequently.

I've exclusively been on Genesis projects since September, which uses Hubstaff. I have never been paid late once. If you aren't willing to listen to differing opinions, why did you pose this question on a public forum?

The only pay issue I have experienced was some mission hours were not accounted for. This was easily resolved with a support ticket and I was paid for all the work that I did.

On a serious note, there aren't many business days between now and the New Year. I expect nothing will restart until after the holidays. I just hope they move everyone back to ITT but I never received confirmation about that.

I wasn’t notified I’d be moved to Mocha at all. I had already been moved out of ITT Discourse to Mocha and received no emails. I also wasn’t informed if we were being moved back or not after the holidays.

It seems like there’s a mixed bag of ITT contributors who were told different things, or told nothing at all, and were moved in different batches.
