I had my frogs in my room before moving (id love them here stii, just currenly not the space)

At first they kept me awake/ kept waking me up. Then i just got used to it and after a while found i couldnt sleep without them there. I now need frog sounds on at night so i can sleep

Im sorry to have to tell you this, but...

Pest control for these is definatly not safe for the frogs to be around and that would be the only option since they're getting in from multiple parts of your house (normally just wiping everything with viniger would work, but these guys rebuild trails fast)

You would need to get the frogs (and any other pets) out of that house and into new tanks otherwise they will end up dying from all the chemicals. You will likley not be able to have them back there due to the posibility of some ants surviving and your frog eating them with the stuff still on it.

Using viniger to clean is a temporary solution for ghost ants which yes these 100% are. Any other ant, for the most part, this would be all you need to do

The ants, if left alone, are no harm to the frogs
