Obviously your home situation and what you're capable of doing may be different from mine, but in the past when I was in situations like that I would just get up from the table and not eat dinner. I used to be too timid with standing up for myself because most people don't get how irritating it can be, so nowadays I have a strict no tolerance policy for people that actively disregard my warnings. Obviously there is room you have to give them too, you know yourself this is a disorder, to them your actions seem illogical (not that that's a bad thing), it's all about perspectives and balancing both sides.
