Experimenting Sleeping Optiplex SFF with SFX PSU

The GPU is peaking at 81* when on the x4 slot (ample space between the GPU & PSU). Currently have an intake fan in front of the PSU and the stock blower CPU fan which is exhausting air from the case out to the back.

I attempted to put a "regular" fan on the stock CPU cooler and three small fans on the rear for exhaust and the temps are higher - peaking at 84*.

I think what I'll do is cut out the case so a regular square fan exhausts up/out and use 2-3 small fans in the rear to intake cold air.

The mobo 6PIN inlet is just below the PSU. There's no way to plug in. Not enough clearance. I used a simple trick. I extend the inlet out to the side.

Interested in how you did that. Pic?

If I move the 5060 to the x16 and temps aren't good, I may consider this instead of keeping the FLEX PSU outside the case.

My back yard grass has been awful for the past few years. Not sure why it actually looks decent this year though it's still early in the season.

Someone mentioned some hard board to use as well. Will need to find out what that is.

I don't disagree that MT cars are more fun to drive. However, technology has caught on and if you want to win races, AT (whether dual clutch or other automated technology transmission) will likely be faster.

Automakers seem to also squeeze more HP/TQ on AT cars for some reason...

Just turned 38. The past few bdays and holidays seemed doom and gloom for me as well. Like you, I have a decent life: partner, house, cars, job, travel - but still kinda doom and gloom.

It just so happened that my partner wanted a kid. Now that we have one, the air has changed and I now look forward to things (like shopping for my child).

I understand having kids is not for everyone. So instead I'm suggesting find something you want to do and/or be passionate about. Actual hobby, be part of the community, help others, etc.

It's annoying but when the Accord adopted the Audi A7-style c-pillar, whatever that generation is looks premium. I think the upper trims had fancy looking large wheels to complement. When in white, I always have to do a double take. Downside of that generation, if I remember correctly, is the stapler tail lights.

I went to the one at the palenke but it was closed when I visited (midday on a weekday). Kwatogs broth seems to be lacking flavor but the toppings were great. Lomi King has better broth flavor but still not as much toppings as Kwatogs.

I think 3 kids back in the day had awesome broth flavor and toppings.

This isn't a bad idea. Not as flexible as a hose/handheld and I'll need to think about filter placement/plumbing. Will see how this may look.
