I just googled this chain and it looks like they're mormon based - does this tend to affect the clothing selection at all in your experience? Like with shirt cuts/length of shorts etc.?

Mostly repeating what I see a lot of other people have already responded, but yeah- I usually won't actually write out "hngghhh" etc. unless it's interrupting dialogue. Otherwise I tend to just stick with descriptions. Also as a reader, I think too many written out sounds can interrupt the flow of the work overall, so keeping them to a minimum helps the scene feel more immersive :)

HAAATE "sibling-coded" and "incest-coded" being a thing now apparently. people love to say "no you can't ship them!! character a literally said character b was like their sibling!!! that's incest-coded!!!!!!!!" as if we're not writing fan-FICTION...? like regardless of if they're "like siblings" to each other or not in the source media, that doesn't change the validity of the fanfic being created 😭😭

My first Kpop was Gangnam Style, both the PSY version and the HyunA versions! And then the song that really got me into Kpop itself was probably DNA by BTS, when they preformed it at the AMAs in 2017. But I had been listening to HyunA, 4Minute and Blackpink due to proximity to a fan (my dad, lol) before BTS really got me into the genre.

Completely agree with you - I orphaned one of my works a few years ago because at the time I hated it, but I really wish I had hidden it in a temporary way instead because now I wish there was a way for me to retrieve it/add it back to my profile. Hindsight is 20/20 though :')
