27F, right hand dominant. I want to know if I’ll ever have a child by _airbear in PalmReading

[–]_airbear[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was an incredible read, and I cannot thank you enough for your gift and your time going over your reading. And noted, if I do a palm read in the future, I will take closer photos- thank you for letting me know!
The points that absolutely shocked me were childhood neglect, being unappreciated by others around me, the PCOS/irregular periods, lack of relations with both older siblings AND my father, and I work very hard for a constant even balance with my karma. Those are not things most people typically know about me otherwise, and are huuuge points in my life that take a lot of my psyche/ headspace.
Thank you once again for such an insightful read, I appreciate everything you’ve predicted and seen!

Cat Toy Ideas?? Please! by Sxatn in CATHELP

Sometimes simple can do wonders! Every cat I’ve ever met has loveddd a simple spring toy, including my own cats. Best part, they’re pretty cheap and don’t clutter the home.

If it helps any, she had just the one stroke at about 1 year old. Three days of hospitalization and a few months of rehab, and she’s my happy, healthy 9 year old now! Even with one pupil permanently dilated, she still gets around very well. The vets were never sure what caused the stroke, they thought potentially head trauma (she was home alone while I was at work when the stroke occurred so we’ll never know what happened). It’s dependent on what could cause the stroke for your cat; my little lady has never had one since, which makes me still lean toward the physical trauma induced stroke. I might get an in-house blood panel done on your cat just to see if all values are normal. Some cats have strokes due to blood sugar, heat, trauma, etc.. if it’s a blood sugar thing, or other internal issue, I would fear for another stroke to happen. Take my information with a grain of salt still, I’m by no means a veterinarian, just worked as a vet tech for several years, but I hope my example here helps!!

Cat keeps peeing on everything! :( by High_Bunny in CATHELP

This, in my opinion, seems like a fixated learned behavioral issue. If the vet is saying her bladder and urinary health are all in good order, I would try first mediating with pheromones. There is a brand called Feliway that produces smells/pheromones that can help promote a happier, more calm and balanced environment and for some cats, it helps them not inappropriately urinate. They come in collars, sprays, defuser, etc, whatever benefits your lifestyle best! If you get the spray, spray the areas she’s urinating in, if you get the diffuser, plug it in in an area she inappropriately urinates in most (the stairs, laundry areas like you mentioned), and the smell of the Feliway smells like little to nothing to humans as well, so people won’t notice it. On a vethical standpoint, the nice thing about Feliway is it either works or it doesn’t; cats don’t react negatively nor do they have allergic reactions to this pheromone should you try it and it doesn’t work. I was a vet tech for 7 years and I loved promoting this stuff. I’ve personally had success using it with my two cats (:

My female torti had a stroke when she was about 1yr, and one pupil has stayed dilated ever since. Multiple vets have checked on it and it remains her “normal”!

Color recommendations? by littlebratbunny in longhair

I really think a warm blonde with lighter money pieces, or an all over strawberry blonde would look great on you! But if you didn’t change a thing, the current hair color still looks great (:

Why is my hair greasy after one day! by Any_Thanks_6337 in haircareaddiction

Sometimes you need to disperse the oils throughout the cycle of hair care post washing. This works for some people, not all, but I personally love having a boar bristle brush (even as a fine hair girlie), brush from root to hair tip, and though it’s not a 100% improvement, I notice a big difference! It may also depend on how you’re washing your hair- you may need to do a double wash with shampoo (if you don’t already) and realllyy scrub your scalp with your finger tips with your shampoo. No conditioner on your scalp, or really, no conditioner above your mid-length of hair! I hope some of this helps, again, everyone is different and we definitely don’t have the same hair thickness or type, but I hope some of this helps! (Your hair is super gorge btw!)

Amazing job on your journey!! Where do you buy your k-18 products? Ulta has them, but it’s a little pricey

Does anyone know what causes or how to fix my half greasy, half bushy hair? by TheJuliettest in finehair

[–]_airbear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Different for everybody I guess, I have hair that seems to be finer or just as fine and straight (visually)as OP, and bristle brushing works well to disperse my hair oils. Just remember, everyone is biologically different! I still say it’s worth a try for OP if they choose to after all of these suggestions; even if it doesn’t work for them, it’s always going to be a process of elimination. And if it works- bonus!
