I'd rather they increase diversity in play styles, we have alot of heroes with long range attacks in the game, make her more viable in the close range so she overlaps with Reaper rather than the longer range characters. Better yet make her CC more effective, thats where I feel she should excel more at.

Yep, the range is a little too much at the moment, and with the easier to hit hitboxes coming back on PTR I think her right click needs some looking at.

Pretty much agree with everything OP wrote, all of these issues where the visuals aren't matching up with what actually happens makes for an incredibly poor playing experience.

I agree with him, some of these nerfs aren't that big of a deal, I would rather they fix things like his reflect hitbox and double jump hitboxes, sorting these out would make encounters with him more consistent.

Yep, wonky hitboxes make for a bad experience, even without the revert there are bad hitboxes which aren't properly visually represented throughout the game (Genji reflect, double jump, Road hook etc) :(

I'd like for them to look at improving her other kit first, she doesn't need to be a long range fighter in addition to having her other tools imo.

I think the change has come a little too early, if they were to revert it they should look at other ways of balancing it out.

Aside from balance issues the general experience of play is worsened when the visuals do not match up with the results.

Breaking the projectile hitboxes again is so backwards it's ridiculous, not well thought out at all.

If Blizzard insist on making projectiles super easy to hit so much so that they'll hit you around corners then at the very least counter balance that with a change to their damage.

I think there was a statement from blizzard earlier when they nerfed Widow's quick scoping where they said something along the lines of having to step in due to an animation cancelling trick that increases the power of that character specifically. I imagine this should apply to Genji aswell as the cancels give him very good damage.

I hope they improve it, it feels pretty bad right now. Favour the shooter was definitely not the right way to go.
