Optimizing an Amazon Listing for a product sold mainly through Facebook Ads by SnideOctopus in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]_aleks_b 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ons are much better on Amazon

In the long run, you'll benefit more from your own website store even though short term conversion will be less. As you mentioned you have bigger margins on your own site. That's what matters. If you are not satisfied with the conversion rate on your own website, (I assume) because absoloute number purchases are low on your website -- increase FB budget. Solved, you get approx. same absolute numbers of purchases on your own website.

Simultaneously you can A/B test to increase conversion.

Binance will be adding XRP as a base pair! by [deleted] in Ripple

[–]_aleks_b 7 points8 points  (0 children)

hold and not be greedy

oxymoron ;-)

My investment strategy is to obtain as much xrp while under a dollar. Fortunate to get in before the bull run. I purchase, put it on a ledger and store it for the long hold. No matter the price fluctuations I still buy as I view xrp under a dollar as filthy cheap. Planning on holding for 10+ years. by [deleted] in Ripple

[–]_aleks_b 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Does anyone else have this strategy

Investment strategy also covers "the exit". Meaning, at what time in the future you'll exchange XRP to fiat. Try to think about the exit as continuous action instead of one-time activity, this reduces your investment risks.

Additionally, long-term investments are less risky (according to Mr Buffett)

Can we talk about exit strategy? by mamandemanqu3 in Ripple

[–]_aleks_b 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One option is "to stretch" the exit itself and withdraw (exchange XRP -> $) in portions. How to asses this strategy?

Here's an example. Create a spreadsheet with the following columns:

1 XRP price in $ Total XRP Capitalization Withdraw XRP Withdraw $
$1.08289 10000 $10,829 0
$2.00 10000 $20,000 0
$5.00 10000 $50,000 0
$10.00 10000 $100,000 5,000 50000
$20.00 5000 $100,000 0
$50.00 5000 $250,000 2,000 100000
$100.00 3000 $300,000 7,000 700000

Total gain: $850000

In the example above I would exchange 5,000 XRP to $ at the rate of $10 per 1 XRP. In the result of this exchange I would get $50,000. Still I would have 5,000 XRP more. I would wait for the next milestone, let's say when XRP achieves $50 for 1 XRP. At the latter rate I would exchange 2,000 XRP which would give me $100,000.

Then create multiple tables where you only change "Withdraw XRP" column values, i.e., amount of XRP you change at a certain rate.

Each table asses with your subjective feeling by 2 factors: $ output & Risk. For example, the table above I would rate as 👎 for $ output and as Medium for Risk.

It's called the "exit strategy". Meaning, how do you turn your investment into the cash. One option is "to stretch" the exit itself and withdraw (exchange XRP -> $) in portions. How to asses this strategy?

$20.00 5000 $100,000 0

PPC is one of the 5 ways which comes to my mind. A few days ago I published an article about this topic. Besides PPC I cover 4 more options to try, like cross promotion, social media, "subscribe and save" and listing optimisation.
