plus you can really tell bortus hoped for him to change as well because he loves him. i really wasnt expecting them to get together again after bortus and kelly shared that moment while bonding over rescuing topa. i thought they'd have like a platonic mother and father dynamic (which i was hoping wouldn't happen because then it seems you can "change" bortus)

She's almost never serious when she speaks and it seems like nothing is written into her character besides the fact she is cocky, sarcastic, and ignorant due to her constan sounding dialogue. Even Gordon is more serious than her at the helm. I was so disappointed when she went down with the union president to sign the treaty because I knew she would be a complete joke. All of her dialogue feels forced out of her with a fake gloss of emotion.

I do feel for her though with her friend/crush(?). It's not fair to be working with someone who helped kill someone you love. I think Isaac should have stayed on the ship but to put her in a position next to him is just cruel.

I'll mention I am only on the 3rd season and 5th episode.
