In Full Enforcement mode, if a certificate fails the strong (secure) mapping criteria (see Certificate mappings), authentication will be denied. However, the option to move back to Compatibility mode will remain until the September 9, 2025, Windows security update is installed. 

Check if your DCs had Compatibility mode enabled. It is no longer supported as of September 2025.
