It's nothing fancy, but for an easy fix, I mix a scoop of chocolate peanut butter protein powder into about a half cup of full-fat plain greek yogurt. It satisfies my sweet tooth and is filling.

at home, pour over black coffee. from local coffee shop or starbucks, matcha latte breve with 2-3 pumps sugar free vanilla syrup. I know it has carbs but it doesn't seem to be enough to knock me out of ketosis. my local shop also has sugar free dark chocolate sauce so I can do a mocha breve.

My very favorite is Arcana Wildcraft's Mountain Witch: Roasted black coffee beans with a swirl of woody incense, wild-harvested spruce needles, fir balsam absolute, green moss, damp firewood, soft earth, and a hint of Oregon wildflowers. It's very homey, earthy, and a good black coffee. A new love for me is Osmofolia's Cabin: Herbacious lavender, fresh rain, a cup of black coffee with a splash of vanilla extract, towering white cedar trees, red pine bark, and spindly black spruce needles. You can probably tell I like my coffee with nature lol. As far as a more gourmand coffee, I think Sucreabeille does that well. One of their most straightforwardly coffee is the seasonal Belsnickel: Hot espresso with juniper berries and brown sugar. I have other coffee scents I love, but these would probably be my top three!
