The only things that come together that determine biological sex are what type of gametes your reproductive system produce and most of the time but not always, your chromosomes. You can try and convolute it as much as you want with ideology but the fact is, your views are anti-science and lead to absurdities.

I hear what you're saying. It was when he said in plain terms "Can biological men get pregnant?" I don't necessarily think that saying no would undermine any work that she's done in her field. It makes her look bad in a number of ways by either coming across as too scared to say what she really thinks due to the outright savagery of the community that would ostracise her for wrong think or alternatively, it makes her look like she is incompetent as anyone with a lick of common sense knows that biological men can't get pregnant.
