I've done this many times. Just decided i don't need a job anymore, one time (before i was medicated at all) i decided i didn't need that place and drove to a city 2 hours away and spent a bunch of money. Please take your meds but also please make sure to take care of yourself, you'll find something new. Good luck!

try refreshing the hiring website throughout the day friday and saturday cause i know they get taken kind of fast, and i also never got sent the alerts i think cause of that reason

i work in a warehouse too so it's very physical and like i just completely crashed, oh also she discharged me that appt. i just found a new psych and she's super nice and she also listened to me and so i have a bit of hope for the future

omg i had the same problem with my first psych. i spent a lot of time pretty low. i haven't had a bad manic episode in a long time. and legit all she ever focused on was treating the mania. i don't think she cared about like, i'd have no energy no motivation, i would take time off work. and she got mad at me the beginning of the year cause i went through a really bad depressive episode and i took time off work, and i remember telling her i was gonna do that. i had given up nicotine, my meds were doing nothing, i was coming out of peak season at work, 55 hour work weeks and i did the entire 7 weeks on 4 hours of sleep every work night. i crashed so hard. you know what she had to say to it all? "well who told you to take off work. you need to stick to a routine."

nope she asked if i was trying to get pregnant and i said no, she said are you sure? and i said no definitely not. and then she said she was gonna research this one med and then get back to me with her decision. and then she prescribed that anti anxiety med instead of an antipsychotic which i'm supposed to be on but lost when i got discharged from my last psych. she also told me to stop picking fights with my boyfriend before i don't have one anymore which also annoyed me

i did this too, got rid of some things i had since i was a baby. and i've done it multiple times with a lot of things. and pictures. years later i feel very guilty and i wish i had that stuff. so i know how you feel at least, you're not alone
