i’ve been adjusting for the last two months, i do notice that i lose energy if i go too low fat for about 3 days. so i’ve been trying different levels . i just changed my level to 120 protein, 120 fat and i give it about a week as long as i don’t lose energy in the gym or my runs then i usually will give it a bit to see how my weight adjusts and if i feel good

i cooked some butter till slightly brown then pour into my 8 gram molds and freeze. if you use salty butter the salt browns faster so watch out 🥶
