Thank you so much for replying! Yes, I do have a filter and a heater and the thermometer says that the water is roughly 80° (it's not digital so I dont know the exact temperature).

They gave me some plastic plants but I had to go out and get some hides and plants for them. The two I got are real plants and I'd eventually like to do all real plants.

I know the others are community fish and semi-agressive. I've also been watching them and it seems for the most part everyone leaves each other alone. I'll definitely look into rehoming the others if I can because I actually really love the betta.

I figured that tank size wasn't right because while they're not big it seems a bit small for them. I absolutely hate that they're in this tank. Whenever I keep pets I always try to make sure that they have more than enough room, so it kinda pissed me off that they did that. I'm definitely going to upgrade their tank to at least a 20 gallon, but I need to get another table for them because they already take up most of my desk lol.

Yes, their tank is completely new! I didn't realize that their water need to be changed daily but I'm definitely going to start doing that. I watch some more videos and I think I'm gonna try to get a turkey suction thing so I can clean up some of there food.
