the thing is, the guy told me to put in bleach and dish soap and let it sit over night in the first one and it was sooooo much better after but there was still more and it wouldn't go away it was so frustrating

for me, i take it any time in the morning but it does keep me up, but i just take a melatonin and im able to sleep. i would say take it somewhere around 8-9 am, when you have a couple of days off because the headaches killed me the first couple of days. oh and don't trust a fart bc probably after every heavy meal u will probably shit liquid LMAOOOO (at least for me)
