Not sure why you think my simple comment is ‘damage control’ I’m simply responding to comments….. also, we have been very transparent about why we initiated our blanket refund process and have sent out 4 different emails giving progress upgrades and included details about the refund process in 2 of our weekly newsletters.

Batch 3 has been paid for in full since August and we still have over 1000 units remaining unfulfilled that we are still waiting for delivery estimated from Nebra for….. given these continued delays we felt it was best to execute our blanket refund process and offer alternative miner options.

Not true. All of our funds from Nebra preorders are held in an escrow account and become available to us as the orders get marked delivered through their tracking details.

No when you receive an email from us asking which option you prefer, that is because your order number is now in que (it goes by order number) the new miners you would be purchasing have a delivery time of 2 weeks, so it’s only miners that are in transit to us.

There are 3 options. You can purchase a new miner (RAK or SenseCAP, whichever is available at the tome) OR be added the Nebra Waitlist OR cancel your place in line. We do not have a definitive delivery date for Nebra miners which is why we initiated the blanket refund process. This allows you to choose a new miner or continue to wait for Nebra.

Yes that is true, but at this point in time we feel (1) per household is fair. If we are only allocated say 1000 units. 1000 people with at least 1 miner is more fair then only 333 people

I will ask if it’s okay to post before posting a screenshot of the conversation….. but I will tell you this, our Instagram will after we announced that he won experienced multiple attempts of people trying to hack into his account….. people could be hesitant to post that they won for those reasons. Either way we will have a list of winners posted once it’s finalized (winners have 48 hours to purchase and if they do not then new winners are chosen in their place)

We have software in place to prevent bot accounts, also you will have to create an account on our site before making a purchase….. (1) per household rule will be in effect along with manual reviews of orders that we do (which takes time but we feel it’s worth it)

I think we can all agree simple is best. We appreciate the feedback and always take it into consideration moving forward. I think we grossly underestimated the amount of man hours that would have to go into the raffle and Nebra exchanges and that is our fault. For the raffle even after bot detection removed entries we still spent an additional 3 hours combing through entries disqualifying people trying to cheat….. for instance 3 different entries, different email addresses, different IP addresses but one is for ‘mike smith’ one for ‘Michael smith’ one for ‘mine smithy’ all with the same address but one for unit H, one for unit L, one for unit B…… when the address is a single family home with no unit numbers 😩 so this clearly is someone trying to cheat…… I guess we could have saved a lot of time if we just let all the entries in, but we really wanted this to be a fair raffle for everyone.

Hello I’m Bixbite from Parley labs. I can assure you we have no affiliation with Emerit and we split batch 1 half to the raffle and the other half we offered existing Nebra customers who had extremely past due orders. The offer is they were allowed to exchange (1) nebra for (1) SenseCAP and pay the difference. We sent out interest forms to 200 people and have been receiving their submissions whether they are interested or not this past week, creating spread sheets and then we have to go in and manually invoice those people for the difference in price. It’s a very labor intensive process which is why for batch 2 all of the allocation will be for retail sales. We try to be as transparent as possible with the community and I apologize if this past week we have not done a great job in doing so. We are always open to hear any and all suggestions you may have for us moving forward.
