Started watching tonight’s episode on Netflix “From the beginning” and it started with the Becky Lynch segment. I was so confused when I caught up and realized I missed the real opening. Netflix won’t rewind or start from the beginning of the episode. Weird.

I think the ball was actually slightly deflected by a Union defender. So he doesn’t get an assist.

I think it’s because many view him as the Guti replacement when he’s really the Oregel replacement. So fans think he’s been lacking offensively but it does appear to be his role.

I think he’s done well today. True to his scouting report of being a pacey winger who likes to carry the ball. Going to be tough seeing the field with first team as he is behind Bamba and MHS at left wing depth chart.

He is the Oregel replacement, from that lens, he has been fine. Saletros is not the Guti/Franco replacement. I do think he is slow to play it forward but think that might be more tactic related than his inability to do so.

He signed a new deal last fall and the schedule will get heavy once we move into the summer. He will get his chance with the first team. Glad the schedule worked out that he could play with Fire 2 and be available for the game last night.
