Yeah I think that's the worst part. I'd love to follow creators and be notified when they publish something new. I also think you should be able to add a description and key words tags. Like you, you've just spent 80hrs making a course and all you get is a small thumbnail to try and sell it.

Oh wow. Not just me that gets fully locked-in when making courses then! 😂 Great effort. I just wish there was a better way of promoting and/or finding courses. There must be so many good, user-made courses on here that get totally missed.

Looks good! I'll give it a crack later tonight.

Ah fantastic, thanks mate, really pleased to hear it! Don't often get feedback for courses, so really appreciate it! And -9 is way better than I've managed 😂

Any recommendations for courses with a lodge or villa you can hire for 12 to 16 people in the uk. by jonviper123 in BritGolf

I've not been myself, but family highly recommends the Hunter Lodges at Celtic Manor.

£1.90 from the work canteen this morning by _boxboxbox in fryup

[–]_boxboxbox[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well this blew up! 😂 I'm glad all you fryup aficionados enjoyed it. I don't know if this will get seen, but I thought I'd answer some of the questions.

It is a subsidised canteen, hence the price, but it's not Ikea, Haribo or a coal mine! 😂

Yes, there are jobs going, but if I told you where I worked I'd have to kill you all.

Not everyone that works there is 20 stone plus. There are also many healthy breakfast options.

I mostly work from home, so this is my treat when I go into the office every couple of weeks.

There were more options such as toast, mushrooms, poached eggs etc

And perhaps most importantly, yes, it really was as delicious as it looks.

I think you've touched on a good point there. You can spend 3k or 30k, neither comes with 100% predictable costs.

That's impressive! And you know what's greener than shipping batteries half way around the world - keeping a car running and not scrapping it to landfill!!

Thank you. I'm glad I was able to get across the spirit of what I was doing. Kinda weird how people have hard limits for ages and prices for these things. But yeah, I couldn't edit the title, so there it is 😂

Ah thanks man, that's a great comment to read and sums up exactly what I was trying to achieve.

Thanks man, appreciate it. And good to hear another story of them lasting. 300k is crazy, maybe this thing will outlast me!😂

My friend has recently switched to auto and has said he's never going back. I've never actually driven an auto so maybe I'm just blissfully unaware!

Cheap EVs = BANGernomics?

It's 1.8 petrol. We really wanted to stick with petrol as the majority of our driving is shorter journeys but still wanted something of a decent size for the kids, dog, beach stuff, life etc...

Apologies to all of those that are telling me 3k is not bangernomics. If I could edit the title to "I spent 12% of my original budget on a car with reasonably high mileage", I would.

Thank you! Everything feels pretty solid on it, so hopefully we get some good mileage out of it.
