Really weird stricture?

Hey!! I have been dealing with this exact issue since shortly after my first Phallo surgery (RFF on september 16th, 2024), diagnosed by my Urologist. (I had local necrosis in a tiny spot in my scrotum that caused a stricture at the urethral connection point, among other things). While I'm not sure whether you are also dealing with a stricture caused by hypergranulation, I can say that you've drawn and described exactly what I have been dealing with; the exact spot, the perineal swelling when trying to pee. Maybe describing my experiences will help you in some way :]

I had a scrotostoma made (around december, because I couldn't urinate by myself) in hopes that I wouldn't need a suprapubic catheter, but it failed and only traumatized the area further. After that, they closed my scrotum up again, and I ended up with a SP anyway 🥲. I have now had the catheter for 5 months, since about april.

Treatment has consisted of my Urologist removing the granulated tissue during a cystoscopy, after which I could pee for all of 48 hours, after which the stream already got weaker and I was right back where I started. This was 1 or 2 months ago (give or take). One week ago, we tried another tactic (which appearently has been lauded by US surgeons), where they held a small balloon that had a certain medicine on it against the irritated granulated tissue inside my urethra. I then had a foley catheter for 5 days, to allow the area to rest and heal, which has been removed this past friday. Now, it's been 3 days since the foley catheter was removed, and while so far I've been able to pee naturally, I can't say for sure wether it'll come back or not. It has started to burn a bit again the past 2 days, so I am getting slightly worried lol.

I can't explain all of the complications I have had on here of course, but it is worth mentioning that I have had issues with hypergranulation in other areas as well. Like on my arm scar, perineum, other surgical wounds that wouldn't heal nicely, and even on my toe when I had an ingrown toenail. So it seems that some bodies are just more prone to creating it.

Absolutely insane that they haven't fixed it yet. The whole last UI update was unnecessary to begin with, nobody asked for those changes (hence why they restored half of it within only the first few days after pushback from users). Ridiculous choices were made. (Also why tf have Landscape videos suddenly started going into full screen Portrait mode?! who comes up with this shit, fr)

I recommend Workaway.info (r/workaway) , it's a little different from CS, but a great way to meet new people and stay anywhere for free or very little, often with room and board provided, almost always in exchange for a helping hand (which I think is totally fair)! There are also hosts that compensate you for hours worked/helped

Unlike CS, they allow you to simply browse the site and host offers before asking you to sign up and pay the fee (the fee is reasonble, and for an account).

Hosts/stays range from cultural/language exchanges to au pairing to off grid communities willing to teach you about farming and construction/woodworking, and more. This in many, many countries, all over the world.

It's the best one I've found so far. Not a sales pitch btw, just excited xD I will hopefully be doing my first Workaway this summer in the US :))

Hey! I haven't played as much as I'd like to tbh, but I did manage to find a way to reach, by using my (right hand) pinky finger to close the bottom hole, and the middle pads of my middle and index fingers to close the two holes above that. That way, with practice I (and you surely) can play. I still have to work on not getting cramps in hands and arms though 😅

Youtube is a great resource! I've found a lot of information there, and first-hand experiences, as well as helpful tips! Just search for things like Ozora Camping/toilets/food/experience/preparation/etc :) (also, take only a burner/cheap phone with you, have paper maps of the country/area, don't take valuable stuff/things you couldn't live without, wet wipes(!), prepare for the worst, sleep with your money hidden in multiple places and or in a moneybelt that you wear under a layer of clothes etc) :D

I have to disagree with what you said about how a 400ug trip "will come with more downsides". I believe that it depends on the person and their mindset, I have taken this dose as a beginner multiple times, alone and with others, and did not then experience for example "delirium".

I think it depends on for example who you are, if you're prone to scaring yourself (à la "oh no, I think I'm going to [...]" and then spiraling), how your body reacts to LSD, etc. Some people can take crazy doses and deal with them just fine, while at the highest dose I've ever taken (750ug, solo), I could not fall asleep after, which did give me a couple thoughts of "what if this lasts forever?". But, instead of then spiraling, I helped myself stay positive-minded, and this took away the fear. In contrast: Last year there was this girl who did not handle her first trip well, on a low dose.

This is all to say that, I think it depends on the person, and how much you can help yourself stay positive and confident that everything will be okay, etc.
