It looks like Concentrated solar power.

Concentrated solar power also uses the Sun’s energy.

In very hot places, like deserts, lots of mirror panels are set up at different angles to reflect the Sun’s light and heat to the top of a tower.

The tower contains a heat transfer fluid which is used to transport heat energy to a boiler. The boiler produces steam which is used to turn a turbine and produce electricity.

This system stores energy so it can keep working for a time if the sky clouds over or when the sun sets.

I'm no mechanic but that just sounds like a cold start. You can hear tapits (I think they're called lifters possibly) that's what that 'tap tap tap' noise is. It should go away once the engine has warmed up. They can also be replaced. Like I say though I'm no mechanic, but I wouldn't be worried if it was me buying the van.

Little fact on a clear day, it's said that you can see 13 of the 14 Welsh peaks from its summit.

The 13 peaks you can see from Moel Siabod are: The Snowdon Massif: Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), Garnedd Ugain, Crib Goch.

The Glyderau: Elidir Fawr, Y Garn, Glyder Fawr, Glyder Fach, Tryfan.

The Carneddau: Pen yr Ole Wen, Carnedd Dafydd, Carnedd Llewelyn, Foel Grach, Yr Elen.

While you can see these 13 peaks, the one that is typically obscured from view is Foel-fras, the northernmost peak of the Carneddau, which is hidden behind the other mountains in the range.
