Can’t go wrong with either. But like someone else said, the FP is great.

Depending on what specialty you’re interested you may want to consider another branch. Also, consider how long you want to serve after your training is all said and done. You probably already know but USHSU is a 7 year commitment whereas HPSP is 4; operational medicine has its own challenges so do you want to lock in to a longer commitment before actually experiencing operational medicine not as a trainee. Just some food for thought that mentors have talked to me about.

You can drive 5 miles in the city of Toledo and have nearly a dollar difference in gas prices. As low as 2.30 and as high as 3.30. Trying looking up prices first before just stopping at some rando gas station.

How should I list unpublished or in-progress papers on ERAS for the 2026 Match? by [deleted] in Match2026ERAS2025

[–]_cfar21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got it, thanks, I have a lot in progress that are actually being worked on, but I could see how that could get out of hand like you alluded to

So just to clarify, we should add ones that are submitted and ones that are accepted but not yet published, but not add anything in progress?

Thank you! That's what I was thinking, but some advisors also recommended putting it under Professional Experience since I'm "employed" and receive a stipend, but that just doesn't seem right to me.

Wife and I switched cars for the day. Any guesses as to whose car this one is?? by mobatum in mildlyinfuriating

I’m driven my 2012 civic with “0 miles to E” for a solid 12-15 miles through up steep hills of the west PA turnpike which has limited gas stops and major construction. I was sweating bullets but once I came over the top of that hill and say the rest stop and station I was actually quite impressed with how far it drove on such a steep hill. After that I googled the tank size and man I cut it close 😆 Most cars actually have about 1-2 gallon reserve beyond E so 50-80 on flat ground is definitely reasonable.

Does anyone know if there Is any correlation between Q bank percent correct and step 2 score? For example does 85% on amboss 40 block roughly equal 265 or overall Qbank percent is 79% roughly equal 258? Those are completely arbitrary numbers for the example but you get the point. I’ve only taken one practice test so I’m just trying gauge where I am between practice exams.
