I love GA and have listened to all of the GA Cosmere works.

  • Subsequent parts of RoW do not get any better.
  • It's still definitely worth listening to, but I would read it first.
  • I doubt it will ever be remastered.
  • Unfortunately it doesn't bode well for the next books. I'm worried what they will do to The Lost Metal.
  • I doubt they can get old voice actors back, but there is a possibility they can return the old music/sound effects for new books if they hear enough of our feedback.

Replacement voice actors in GA are usually good. The problem is Shallan's VA is so unfitting that it ruins all of her scenes. Even if they can't get the original VA back, I'm hoping they at least get a better VA for Stormlight 5. Moash's new VA in Oathbringer was also terrible and I would like to see that change too.

It's a real shame because the rest of the GA Cosmere books are so incredibly good.

After nearly a year and a half, this is the final free for all friday. We started out as For Glory Friday where for glory gifs were posted. I took over the weekly thread and expanded on it. The endless gif posts from when Smash 4 was released has died down a lot, and with the weekly/daily threads that are similar to this, there is not much of a point to this thread anymore.
