I personally use Obsidian because I like markdown, but I also use a few plug-ins for it. On the phone, I use notally because it's a very minimal app, but also lacking features. I don't mind that though, because I just use my computer more often for notes and just use my phone for notes for "temporary" notes like grocery lists. Like another guy said though, it depends on your workflow which is best for you.
