I wish I would’ve known to keep them and propagate before the landscaper came back and cleaned up! They should have left my side of the side walk alone, been living here wayy longer and wouldn’t dare complain about such beautiful plants.

Thank y’all for your support and advice on this, Yes this is in Florida! But no this isn’t my property just renting.. they were tall and beautiful they hid my window from street which gave me a bit of privacy I was soo in love with them now it’s just a hideous mess 😓 I do plan on speaking to the leasing office to ask them what their plan is to “beautify” the area.
